How do I place an order?

After an order has been placed, how long do you take to ship the products?

Once the payment has been received, it takes between 1 to 2 business days to ship the order.

When will I receive my order after the payment has been made?

If it is an order to be shipped in the US, it would take approximately 5 business days. For any other country it would take approximately 7 to 8 business days.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Which shipping companies do you use?

We use Priority Mail / First Class ( USPS) for those who wants their orders to be delivered faster.

The cost of any shipment to any other country through regular mail is $ 40.

What happens if my package is lost during shipment?

All orders are insured. If a package gets lost during shipment which has never happened, we will reship the merchandise to you at no additional cost.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all orders in the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico sent via regular Priority Mail / First Class ( USPS).

$50 on all orders sent to any other country via USPS.

What can I do if I receive a defective product?

After receiving your package you have up to 48 hours to check all the merchandise. In the event of finding any product with defects (very unlikely because we inspect every item before shipping it out), you must send us a pictures of the item or items in question in order for us to see the defect, upon our confirmation that the product is defective we will issue a refund to your credit card account immediately, if you paid through zelle a credit for your next order will be issued. If by any chance we can’t confirm in the picture the defect of the product, you must send us the defective product/s for further inspection, the shipping charge that you incur will be added to the total refund.

Do I have to pay for custom fees when receiving the merchandise in my country?

99% of the time you don’t have to pay for any custom fees because we take care of that with the shipping company.

Who is responsible for bringing the merchandise through customs?

The shipping company will be responsible for bringing the orders through customs because remember that this is a door to door service, which means that you will receive the merchandise at your house or business place.

Do you always have 100% of the products in stock?

We do 99% of the time.

What material are these Santeria Tools made from?

All our Santeria Tools are made from Stainless Steel, except the Oya Crown and Oya Bangles that are made from Real Copper.
